प्रदेश में सब इंस्पेक्टर के 5000 पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया फिलहाल टल गई है । न्यायालय द्वारा तय की गई गाइडलाइन के अनुसार उप निरीक्षक भर्ती नियमावली में परिवर्तन होना है । यही कारण है कि फिलहाल इस प्रक्रिया को टाल दिया गया है । अब भर्ती नियमावली में संशोधन के बाद इन पदों के लिए विज्ञापन जारी होगा । उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस भर्ती एवं प्रोन्नति बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष राज कुमार विश्वकर्मा ने बताया कि परानी प्रक्रिया में लिखित परीक्षा की मार्किंग को लेकर कुछ संशय था । 2016 दरोगा भर्ती प्रक्रिया में अंकों की गणना को लेकर अभ्यर्थियों ने सवाल उठाए थे और न्यायालय का रुख किया था न्यायालय का कहना था कि अंकों की गणना किस आधार पर होगी इसका निर्धारण शासन करेगा । जबकि भर्ती नियमावली में अंकों की गणना किस आधार पर की जानी है , इसके निर्धारण का अधिकार भर्ती बोर्ड को दिया गया है । अब न्यायालय के रुख के बाद नई भर्ती प्रक्रिया में कोई विवाद न हो , इसकेलिए भर्ती नियमावली में ही संशोधन का निर्णय किया गया है । जल्द ही इसका प्रस्ताव शासन को भेजा जाएगा । कैबिनेट द्वारा नियमावली में संशोधन के बाद दरोगा भर्ती की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो पाएगी ।

दोबारा भेजना होगा भर्ती प्रस्ताव इस भर्ती से संबंधित अधियाचन ( प्रस्ताव ) साल के शुरुआत में डीजीपी मुख्यालय ने भर्ती बोर्ड को भेजा था । इसी दौरान 2016 में हुई दरोगा भर्ती के कुछ अभ्यर्थी न्यायालय पहुंच गए । न्यायालय ने इसमें ' मार्क ' तय करने को लेकर आदेश जारी कर दिया । इसके मद्देनजर भर्ती बोर्ड ने दरोगा भर्ती नियमावली में संशोधन की कवायद शुरू करने का फैसला किया है । इस प्रक्रिया को पूरा होने में एक से डेढ़ महीने का समय लगेगा ।

The recruitment process for 5000 posts of Sub Inspector has been postponed in the state.  There is a change in the Sub Inspector Recruitment Rules as per the guidelines set by the court.  This is the reason that this process has been postponed at the moment.  Now the advertisement for these posts will be released after amendment in the Recruitment Rules.  Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board Chairman Raj Kumar Vishwakarma said that there was some doubt about the marking of the written examination in the process.  In the 2016 Daroga recruitment process, the candidates had raised questions regarding the calculation of marks and had moved the court.  While the recruitment board is empowered to determine the basis on which the marks are to be calculated.  Now, after the stand of the court, there is no dispute in the new recruitment process, so it has been decided to amend the recruitment manual itself.  Soon its proposal will be sent to the government.  After the amendment of the manual by the cabinet, the process of recruitment of the officer will be started.

 Recruitment proposal will have to be sent again. The recruitment (proposal) related to this recruitment was sent by the DGP Headquarters to the Recruitment Board at the beginning of the year.  At the same time, some of the candidates for the recruitment in 2016 reached the court.  The court issued an order to fix the 'mark' in it.  In view of this, the Recruitment Board has decided to start the exercise of amending the Daroga Recruitment Rules.  This process will take one to one and a half months to complete.
